Terms for voluntary support of Kortjakt
1. Responsible party
Katyrenchuk Salesforce Consulting, org. no. 931 776 061
Rødbergveien 35, 0591 Oslo
Email: anton.katyrenchuk@bimm.app
Sole proprietorship registered in Norway.
2. What you are paying for
Kortjakt is a free and independent price comparison service for Magic: The Gathering cards. "Buy me a coffee" is a voluntary gift towards running the site.
You are not buying a product or a service, and the gift is not consideration for anything. You get no extra features, benefits, access or return of any kind. Everything on Kortjakt is and remains free for everyone, whether or not you give support.
You must be at least 15 years old to pay with Vipps MobilePay.
3. Amount, VAT and tax
The amount is stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and is the total you pay. You choose the quantity yourself.
Because the gift is not consideration for a product or a service, there is no turnover under the Norwegian VAT Act. No value added tax is therefore calculated.
Kortjakt is not an approved recipient of gifts under section 6-50 of the Norwegian Tax Act. Support does not qualify for a tax deduction.
4. Payment
Payment is made through Vipps MobilePay, using Vipps or a payment card (Visa/Mastercard). The amount is charged when you confirm the payment.
This is a one-off payment. No recurring agreement is created, and you will not be charged again unless you start a new payment yourself.
Card details are handled entirely by Vipps MobilePay and are not stored by me.
5. Delivery
No product or service is delivered. You receive a payment confirmation by email from Vipps MobilePay.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
The Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act applies to consumer contracts for the purchase of goods and services. A voluntary gift is not a purchase and therefore falls outside the Act in principle.
Either way: if you paid by mistake, or changed your mind, you get your money back. Send an email to anton.katyrenchuk@bimm.app within 14 days and the full amount is refunded, no questions asked.
7. Personal data
The data controller for the information I receive is Katyrenchuk Salesforce Consulting, org. no. 931 776 061. Vipps MobilePay is itself the controller for its own processing as a payment provider, under its own terms.
On payment I receive a name, phone number or email address, and transaction details. The legal basis is a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, cf. the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act. The information is used solely for bookkeeping, is not shared with third parties, and is kept for five years as the Bookkeeping Act requires.
You can request access to and correction of the information by contacting anton.katyrenchuk@bimm.app. Deletion can only happen once the retention obligation under the Bookkeeping Act has expired.
Kortjakt uses no tracking cookies and stores no personal data about visitors beyond technical server logs at the site's hosting provider. For statistics, Kortjakt anonymously counts which cards are searched for, with filters and whether anything was in stock, which store links and cart fills are used, and which tools AI assistants use through the MCP server — with no IP address, device id or anything else that can be tied back to you.
8. Questions and complaints
Questions or complaints should be sent to anton.katyrenchuk@bimm.app.
If you believe your personal data has been processed in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
9. Changes
These terms may change. The terms that apply to your payment are the ones published at the time you paid.
